35769 Product Support PRD: Spectrum vacuum roller (VR) is up against the drum, cannot move nor spin the drum Check to make sure the Spectrum vacuum roller (VR) is not up against the drum. Two sensors at each end of the vacuum roller (SP_VRAtUpAway and SP_VRAtUpHome) are checked as well as the drive (SP_VRUpDrv) to move the VR up. Use the "vr" command to see the status of the sensors and drive. Check air supply to the machine. This error is reported. VR was left up accidentally. Bad sensor. Bad actuactor. Bad air supply.
